What is Engage AI?
Engage AI is a WhatsApp AI chatbot and customer engagement platform. It helps teams answer questions from approved business knowledge, qualify leads and hand conversations to staff. Appointment booking, orders and follow-up workflows depend on your plan and completed setup.
Does Engage AI replace my team?
No. Teams can review conversations, take over when judgement is needed and control which automation capabilities are enabled.
Which channels are supported?
WhatsApp conversations are available after Meta setup, and connected website forms can capture leads.
What counts as a billable message?
Only successfully sent outbound AI messages consume the monthly allowance, once per unique provider message object accepted for sending. Human replies are unlimited by this quota. Inbound messages, system messages, failed sends, unsent retries, internal notes, drafts and delivery receipts do not count.
Can I update company information later?
Yes. Authorized team members can maintain approved knowledge, templates and operational settings as the business changes.
How does human handover work?
A team member can take control of a conversation, review its history and continue manually. Sensitive or uncertain enquiries can be escalated for attention.
How do trials and cancellation work?
An eligible trial requires a card, lasts 7 days and automatically converts to the selected paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. The selected price, billing cycle, tax and exact trial end must be confirmed before enrollment. Plan usage and capability limits apply during the trial. Cancellation stops future renewal at the period end.
